If you prefer a book version, please click on the link below where you can buy a copy of the book. This version is designed to be read on your computer, but you can print it out if you like. Since it is some 380 pages, I'd recommend you print only a chapter at a time, if you do decide to print it out. You must download the course text from this site after payment. Expect this to take at least 25 minutes with a 28.8K modem. The book is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. This requires you to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers built within the past few years have the Acrobat Reader included with the software that came installed on your computer. If you don't have it or need a newer version, it is free for download at: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html Be patient, as these may take a while to load (if you have a dial-up connection, these may take up to 15-30 minutes). Also, the files use a lot of RAM, so try to have a minimum number of programs running in the background.
