Bikram Method Hatha Yoga

We offer Hatha Yoga classes in the Bikram Method, a comprehensive series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to strengthen every part of the body. Doing the Bikram Method regularly will bring vibrant health, reduce stress, calm the mind , energize the body, improve concentration, relieve aches and pains, and promote balance, strength, and flexibility. This style is appropriate for all levels. Classes are 90 minutes long and the room is heated. Be well hydrated!

Dates and Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30pm - 6:00pm, October 15 - October 24

Course fee: $50.00

Location: University District

Pay the $10 registration fee to secure your place in class; you will pay the $50 course fee directly to the instructor at the time and place of the first class.

Yoga mat and towel rentals are not included in price per person.
